As a Marketing Database Specialist, your position will serve as a primary resource for maintaining the company's database hygiene in Salesforce and will work alongside our marketing and sales ops teams to audit and automate data cleanliness processes and assist with analyzing new account growth areas. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with data and has strong attention to detail, along with strong troubleshooting skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor data integrity, data imports, database deduping, and general hygiene of lead and account records in the Salesforce CRM database. Process updates and changes effectively and ensure accurate and comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops tools leaders on data governance and automation of integrations that affect lead data
- Create workflows to reduce lead and account whitespace across person and company records in Salesforce
- Evaluate the performance of certain account demographics to find emerging areas for growth focuses
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good communicator
- Being extremely organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- A strong work ethic is a must
- Knowledge of Salesforce or Marketo is a **plus.**
