Our remote team is actively seeking a Senior Android Developer.

The role centers on the development and maintenance of a top-ranking Android native customer app. As a Senior Android Developer, your expertise in Java, App Components, UI frameworks, developer tools, and workflows is crucial. The role entails working with a blend of on-site and remote team members, necessitating leadership skills and adaptability in a dynamic team setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development and maintenance of the customer Android native app
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for successful project completion
- Ensuring app development aligns with customer requirements and industry standards
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies for state-of-the-art apps
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Taking a leading role in projects when needed

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 3 years in Mobile App Development
- Proficiency in Android, App Components, UI frameworks, developer tools, and workflows
- Solid knowledge of Java
- A good grasp of Android Design Patterns, Google's Design Guidelines, and Google Play Developer Program Policies
- Experience in networking, local data caching, and multitasking on Android
- Familiarity with 3rd party libraries and services
- Knowledge and experience in Agile processes
- Leadership skills and adaptability in a dynamic team setting, working with hybrid local and remote resources
- Proficiency in English for effective team and stakeholder communication
