*** Position Requirements****:

- **Proven Experience**: Extensive experience in software engineering with a solid background in Java or.NET & cloud-based platforms and services
- **Proven track record** of managing cross-functional teams.
- **Experience **with revenue management, pricing, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop team members while driving technical excellence.
- **Experience with Agile methodologies **and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
- **Strategic Thinking**: Capacity to define and execute the engineering vision aligned with the company's goals.
- **Effective Communication**: Articulate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders succinctly.
