Requisitos Título en ingeniería de sistemas, software o carreras afines. Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios (Desarrollo, QA). Conocimiento profundo de desarrollo de software, idealmente en Odoo u otros ERP. Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, CI/CD y metodologías ágiles. Habilidades en visión estratégica y técnica del negocio. Excelentes competencias de comunicación, liderazgo, planificación y resolución de conflictos. Residente en Colombia. Plus: Cocimiento en Odoo. Funciones Responsable de liderar, escalar y optimizar el funcionamiento técnico del equipo de tecnología Pragmatic. Garantizar que los equipos técnicos —Desarrollo, QA, I+D— trabajen de manera coordinada, eficiente y alineada con los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía. Supervisar a los Tech Leaders y Project Leaders; asegurando una estructura clara y que los objetivos sean medibles. Definir estándares técnicos, con procesos claros y una estructura organizacional en el área de Fábrica. Definir roles, asignación de recursos y planes de carrera Impulsar CI/CD, pruebas automatizadas y estándares de desarrollo. Identificar los riesgos técnicos y operativos, y definir los planes de mitigación. Representar al equipo de tecnología ante Dirección Ejecutiva, coordinar respuestas de trabajo con las áreas de PMO, Consultoría y Soporte Dirigir el adecuado cumplimiento de fechas, calidad y estabilidad de los entornos.
