**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a **Tech Leader / Architect** with senior development skllls to work with one of our best clients in the US.

**Responsibilities**

As a Squad Lead, you’ll ensure high-quality standards in our projects to successfully complete projects, as well as:

- Create technical solutions that are the foundation of entire products and customer projects.
- Eliminate the technical roadblocks to achieving customer satisfaction.
- An integral part of the team, participate in daily scrums and provide guidance, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with the product owners and work closely with BA team to understand the requirements of the business. Assist in communicating the requirements to the development team.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Monitor and report on progress to all stakeholders on a timely and proactive basis.
- Participate in the design, and implementation of solutions ranging from RESTful Web Services to new LIMS Systems, to System Integration to Azure services
- Collaborate in the continuous improvement of our development methods including CI/CD using Azure DevOps, quality processes, and software development best practices

You will work closely with your fellow engineering team members based in Colombia and other Latin American Countries. We are used to working in a distributed and remote manner, so this role is open to professionals in The Americas.

**Qualifications**:
You are a great fit for this job if you:

- English level: B2 to C1
- +5 to 8 years of experience in software development, design, and architecture.
- At least 5+ years of experience in full-stack programming. This role requires senior coding development skills
- Backend: Net core with C#, SQL server, create ci/cd pipelines with any tool, Web Api, scrum, git, Design Patterns knowledge. DDD and CQRS.
- Frontend: React development, redux, typescript.
- Minimum of 2 years of software development leadership experience leading and mentoring teams and coaching direct reports.
- DevOps CI/CD pipeline design and implementation with tools like Azure DevOps
- Will be considered a nice to have:

- Project management skills,
- Azure service bus,
- Application insights,
- Azure signalR.
