**We are searching for the best talent for Director Head of Employee Health and Wellbeing to be in Bogotá or Sao Paulo**

**Purpose**:The Global Head of Employee Wellbeing will shape, define and bring to life effective approaches and strategies to improve and maintain best in class employee total wellbeing in the Latin America region following our EH&WB Global Strategy

**You will be responsible for**:

- Shapes and implements a comprehensive health and well-being strategy that aligns with the Latam organization's overall business objectives and priorities in alignment with the Global Employee Health and Well-being strategy.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the enterprise (Senior Executives, HR leaders, external vendors) and within Total Rewards to strengthen the long-term vision and strategy concerning employee wellbeing; drive the execution of employee Health and Well-being in the LATAM region.
- Plays a key role in providing insights, shaping and amplifying our holistic Benefits & Well-being framework (J&J and YOU) in the region. Understand the varied needs of a diverse employee population to deploy effective solutions to support J&J’s LATAM priorities.
- Lead a high performing team of SME’s and experts in the areas of mental wellbeing, physical and occupational health and engages with a broader regional community of HR leaders and local advocates. Member of the Global EH&WB extended leadership team and the LATAM Leadership Team.
- Partner closely with regional HR, Total Rewards and Global Services leaders in the LATAM region to deliver best in class solutions to regional and business needs. Lead the assessment, selection, negotiations, and management with various regional Business Process Outsourcing solutions in alignment with our global strategies.
- Serve as a visible advocate and spokesperson across the region and engage key stakeholders to reinforce the strategic importance of building Health & Well-being at J&J as part of our holistic rewards and HR strategies.
- Also provides insights and guidance on health and well-being needs and risks, collaborating with senior Global and Regional leaders and engages in conversations with senior Global and Regional leaders on decisions to address health and wellbeing needs and risks.
- Leads a team of experts that ensures that the organization is in compliance with relevant occupational health and safety and local regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. An advanced degree is desirable (MBA, Master’s/Ph.D. in HR, or health care related discipline)
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of managerial progressive business/HR experience including team leadership leading a function/division.
- People leader experience is Required
- Experience designing, managing, and implementing HR and talent strategies or Employee Benefits / Wellbeing programs
- Strong business acumen; understanding of key global business trends (e.g., organizational functions, regulatory, legal, economic conditions) is required.
- Proven ability to think strategically and to translate strategic directives into tactical initiatives and broad Employee Value proposition communication strategies.
