Proveer IT support and troubleshooting por medio de teléfono y correo. Mantener a los clientes felices por la resolución de problemas de manera rápida y clara.
Requerimiento:
- Nível de Inglés: B2+ / C1
- Educación: Tecnico, tecnólogo, estudiante de 3 semestre en adelante
- Experiência: 6 meses de experiência en Soporte Técnico.
- *Conocimiento y manejo de habilidades de organización, gestión y Microsoft Office sistemas operativos windows 10 y 11.
Condiciones Laborales:
- Salario: $2.850.000 COP + Comisiones por indicadores up to 10% del sueldo básico.
- Tipo de Contrato: Contrato Indefinido (42 horas semanales)
- Ubicación: Chapinero Bogotá
- Modalidad: Presencial
- Horario: Negociables
