Cargo is Rappi’s B2B logistics as a service (LaaS) solution. Today Cargo operates with a handful of retailers and a product in constant development. Our goal is to become Latam leaders of “last-mile as a service” providers by developing a robust solution followed by streamlined biz ops processes where we can offer it at scale, ensuring that both, post-sale experience, is what our partners are looking for. Warrantying that these two are aligned with Rappi’s internal processes and capacities.

We are looking for a global operations excellence analyst for our Cargo team, who is highly passionate about tech and experience obsessed. The main objective of this role is to create, maintain and enhance the business operation processes, identify opportunities, and align internal with external processes, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware and aligned.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
Main Responsabilities- Streamline biz ops processes and funnels.- External contact with partners for post-sale experience- Direct contact with the finance and payments team.- Review partners' invoice conciliations- Support ongoing NPS measurement, and conduct root cause analysis to identify growth drivers and opportunities to improve customer/ally experience.- Help determine strategic areas of focus for the vertical and prioritize requirements and developments- Assist in developing exec-level reports & presentations
