Innovative Mojo is an innovative SEO and videography company based in Los Angeles. We specialize in SEO strategies, company commercials, and engaging social media video content, helping our clients elevate their brands through impactful digital experiences.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and prototype user interfaces in Figma, focusing on both user experience and visual design.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather project requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research, develop user personas, and create user journeys to inform design decisions.
- Develop engaging, high-fidelity prototypes for both web and mobile platforms, incorporating interactivity to demonstrate functionality.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical requirements.
- Conduct usability testing and iteratively refine designs based on feedback and testing outcomes.
- Assist in content creation for digital interfaces, ensuring that text, visuals, and overall tone align with the client’s brand.
- Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and new tools to continually elevate design quality and user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma-based designs and prototypes.
- Proficiency in Figma, with demonstrated expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with content creation and design for digital interfaces, including typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and gather feedback from clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) to facilitate design-developer collaboration.
- Experience working in a digital agency or SEO-focused environment.
