We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer based in Medellín to help us enhance the user experience of our platform and contribute to its growth.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and evolve into a broader product role, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and users to identify needs and deliver impactful solutions.

**Role Overview**:
As a UX/UI Designer, you will immediately focus on improving the look, feel, and usability of our platform, ensuring our customers and workers have a seamless experience. Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on greater product responsibilities, including roadmap development, stakeholder collaboration, and feature prioritization. You will work closely with end users to understand their needs, challenges, and preferences, ensuring the platform evolves to meet their expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. User Experience and Interface Design**:

- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our platform.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research and work closely with users to identify pain points and improve workflows.

**2. Collaboration and Implementation**:

- Work closely with the development team to implement design changes.
- Partner with operations and customer success teams to gather and incorporate user feedback.
- Engage with users regularly to ensure design decisions address their needs and challenges.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all user-facing components of the platform.

**3. Product Growth Potential**:

- Develop a strong understanding of the platform’s workflows and customer needs.
- Collaborate with users and internal teams to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Over time, contribute to managing the product backlog, aligning the roadmap with business objectives, and driving product improvements.
- Demonstrate ownership and leadership in shaping the platform’s evolution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer working on digital platforms (preferably apps similar to GravyWork).
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Familiarity with user research techniques, including interviews, usability testing, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with users directly.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience working on tech-enabled services or staffing platforms.
- Understanding of Agile processes and product development workflows.
- Interest or experience in product management responsibilities.
