This person will have strong business acumen and proven success in coordinating complex operations. **About you**: - You LOVE diagnosing and solving problems - You LOVE being so organized you’re able to juggle multiple tasks within tight timelines and budget - You LOVE working for a company that empowers it’s people to take ownership of their area of the business - You LOVE grinding through data and finding ways to optimize systems and processes - You LOVE collaborating with cross-functional teams - You LOVE working in a fast paced environment, learning, and mastering diverse web technologies and techniques - You LOVE being a team player and someone who others can rely on **Responsibilities**: - Manage purchase order receipts and invoice reconciliation - Review, place and manage purchase orders - Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized - Liaise with key players such as suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and customers - Address and troubleshoot any problems that may arise quickly and amicably - Analyze data and provide thought leadership on building and adapting new process improvements - SKU, GTIN and UPC creation - Work closely with the operations team to ensure our order management system is updated - Assist inventory checks and request transfer orders to ecommerce when needed - Assist the VP of Operations and operations team with any other day to day responsibilities **Requirements**: - Minimum 3 years experience in an Operations Coordinator or similar role - Excellent communication and a positive attitude - Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal) - You'll need to be a self-starter who can complete tasks and projects in a timely manner - Proven record of successful management in both distribution and logistics - Strong data entry skills and attention to detail - Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines **Benefits** $120/month Employee Stipend / 120 hours PTO per year / PTO on your birthday / PTO on Qualifying Life Events - Alpha Lion is an equal employment opportunity employer, committed to an inclusive workplace where we do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, gender, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or familial status, age, ancestry, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
