You will work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area) reporting to the Studio Operations Manager, you will work a day shift from 9 am to 5 pm. Responsibilities Onboarding & Space Management Support all onboarding logistics across different teams. Manage seating plans and desk allocation weekly as HC grows. Keep documentation up to date. Partner with the IT team on workstation setup, equipment readiness, and technical onboarding needs. Help coordinate equipment shipments, activation, and inventory accuracy. Communicate with managers to resolve small operational blockers. Manage communication with vendors Support vendor setup requirements (documentation, onboarding, compliance steps). Maintain accurate records of service issues and support data-driven vendor evaluations. Track PO creation, follow-ups, invoice status, and vendor deliverables. Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role (e.g., Operations Coordinator, Office/Studio Operations, or Operations Support). Experience working in corporate, multinational, or technology-driven environments. Comfortable working with operational data, inventories, and trackers.
