**Recruitment Account Manager Admin(Human Resource Generalist)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure accurate and complete client onboarding.
- Gather essential client information.
- Set up ATS systems correctly.
- Post job ads accurately.
- Evaluate communication during onboarding.
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive weekly recruiting updates.
- Maintain detailed documentation and clear team communication.
- Foster a collaborative team environment.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of ATS platforms.
- Ability to evaluate resumes against specific job criteria.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, & Microsoft Office.
- Human Resource experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in recruitment and client management.
**Compensation**:
- Fully remote position $5-$6/hr. (US dollars)+ ALL Upwork Fees will be reimbursed to you by Contractor Staffing Source.

- Part-time to full-time work dependent on the number of current
- clients

Pay: $20,000 - $24,000 per hour
