**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok.
- Develop strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
- **Ad Creation and Optimization**:

- Design and write compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
- **Audience Targeting**:

- Conduct audience research to identify and target key demographics and interests.
- Implement advanced audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on ad spend, ensuring campaigns stay within budget.
- **Market and Competitor Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online advertising.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create high-quality ad content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok ads.
- Experience managing paid ad campaigns for DTC brands.
- Proficiency in ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with other ad platforms (Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Certification in Facebook Blueprint or TikTok Ads.
