**About the role**:
The Paid Social Strategist is responsible for the performance, strategy, growth and execution from A-Z of paid social advertising accounts. He or She will lead and execute upon a paid social strategy that helps reach a business' overarching goals across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, SnapChat as they pertain to each client. Through the responsibilities outlined below, the Paid Social Strategist plays an integral role in the of the paid advertising offering and retention of its business.

- Account Growth & Retention (Results & Sentiment)
- Development of paid strategies for partners and department
**Responsibilities**:
- Effectively own strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teams
- Proactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items; facilitating tactical needs with Specialist where applicable
- Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social native platforms
- Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, others as applicable
- Effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels; facilitating production with Specialists on teams where applicable
- Lead execution of optimizations with regards to performance improvements relative to goals
- Excellent marketing and business strategy acumen
- Complete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid social
- Full understanding of the eCommerce model and basic lead gen strategies
- Ability to navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changes in landscape to achieve desired results
- Ownership of performance reporting and strategy communication
- Execute performance reporting A-Z with excellent presentation creation capabilities
- Autonomously presents performance reports and recaps, facilitating strategic conversations with clients (verbally and written)
- Ability to leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and key stakeholders with clear next steps
- Operating as an effective member of the team for both department and account teams
- Contributing to a constructive and effective work environment in line with PD core values
- Actively participate in the growth and development of junior talent where applicable
**Primary KPI’s**:
- Managing a full workload indicated by one or more of the following:
- $26k MRR or
- 6 owned clients
- Below 10% client churn rate
**Secondary KPI’s**:
- Hitting or surpassing client performance goals on 100% of designated accounts
- Planned strategy and established goals on 100% of managed clients
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in paid digital advertising (paid social advertising background preferred)
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager & other emerging social platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously
- Understanding of the online advertising industry and social media
- Client Communication & Public Speaking skills
- Experience working with Excel/Google sheets for reporting metrics, including constructing pivot tables
