. This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia.

What can you expect?
The
Marketing Business Partner
is responsible for developing and managing the growth marketing strategy for our different practices and line of business. The Marketing Business Partner role will work closely with our local and regional Marketing teams, as well as with the different Practices/LOB leaders to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies and programs that drive business growth and client engagement, consistent with Marsh McLennan's local/regional/global strategies.

We will rely on you to:

  • Provide expert marketing and communications advice and support to Marsh McLennan's business leaders.
  • Strengthen Marsh McLennan's brand, reputation, and positioning through integrated marketing campaigns 360 that include digital content, websites, social media, events, public relations, sales materials, advertising, and sponsorships.
  • Drive a marketing strategy aligned with the go-to-market strategy and reinforce Marsh McLennan's differentiation in the market. Create and execute innovative ways to position and promote Marsh McLennan's business/solutions/products that drive growth, increase sales, and foster customer retention.
  • Define lead generation campaigns (paid and organic), targeted events, and internal growth initiatives, as well as support industry associations and centers of influence aligned with the go-to-market strategy.
  • Support sales and customer portfolio development by executing effective reporting, analytics, and metrics to maximize ROI. Engage internal customers (sales and business) with the marketing strategy through compelling internal communications.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree required (preference for Marketing, Business administration, industrial engineer, etc).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications management with a thorough knowledge of marketing principles, digital (Online, Offline) strategies and communications.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English

What makes you stand out:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with special focus on optimized digital content.
  • Knowledge of CRM and project manager platforms.
  • Teamwork and relationships building skills. Ability to interact with multiple internal clients/leaders, and lead multiple projects and vendors
  • Having a broad understanding of the advertising and media ecosystem, which covers B2B offline and online campaigns, would be greatly appreciated.
  • Proved experience managing agency partners.
