**Position Summary**:
We are a globally distributed company with over 250 team members. We believe in the power of remote work; all you need is a good internet connection. We trust our team members to help determine what's possible and to then deliver on those commitments.
You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, then own the recruitment process from beginning to end. We are expanding in every department, which means there will be a lot of variety in the people that you will meet, including Finance professionals, Creative, Operations, Technical, Customer Support, Sales, etc.
**What you will do**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and prioritize your focus.
- Drive the interview process status and update records in the ATS.
- Track and manage all recruitment metrics and provide reports.
- Work with our social media department to optimize our employer brand.
- Work within our talent team to continuously improve our recruitment process.
**About you**:

- 3-5 years’ experience as a recruiter, ideally within the technology sector.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with an ownership mindset to produce results.
- Ability to be comfortable with the unknown in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic with a passion for connecting with people.
- Ability to lead different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
- Familiarity with modern ATS, specifically JazzHR.
- Great sense of humor, and the ability to bounce back when things don’t go as planned.
