**What You'll Do**:
As a key member of our legal team, you’ll support attorneys through every stage of personal injury cases—from intake to settlement. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth case management, clear communication with clients, and airtight legal documentation.
- Assist with drafting demand letters, discovery responses, and legal correspondence
- Manage deadlines and organize case files, records, and exhibits
- Conduct client interviews and coordinate document collection
- Handle medical record requests and billing summaries
- Support attorneys in trial preparation and case strategy
- Collaborate with medical providers, adjusters, and experts
- Maintain detailed logs and ensure deadlines are met with precision
**Requirements**:
**What You Bring**:
- 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal in a Personal Injury law firm
- Strong understanding of pre-litigation and litigation processes
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and compassionate client communication
- Confidence working independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software (e.g., Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Needles)
**Nice to Have**:
- Familiarity with the California Code of Civil Procedure
- Paralegal Certificate or legal studies background
