**Administrative Assistance** **Full ONSITE position located in El Poblado, Medellin, Colombia.** **M to F, 7:00am to 5:00pm.** **Summary** The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. **Responsibilities** Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information - Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material - Create sample profiles in our database - Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material for events - Ensure adherence to laws and policies - Upload lists from Excel into the database when requested - Keep database updated with correct contact and company information - Represents ttg with the highest level of excellence and the highest level of integrity **Job Qualifications and Skill Sets** Below are the qualifications expected of the sales coordinator: - Great computer skills (MS Office) - Proficient / fluent in English - Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A _team player_ with high level of dedication - BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset. INDR Pay: $2,500,000 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - This is a FULL ONSITE POSITION, Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, including Colombia´s holidays, because we work with USA Calendar. Would you be ok with all of this? **Education**: - Associate (preferred) **Experience**: - call center: 1 year (preferred) - administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Fluent English (preferred)
