ERM is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our technical team in Bogota City, Colombia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Development of technical and economic proposals.
- Leader team for the provision of ESG consulting services.
- Ensuring the execution of consulting projects under the approved scope and budget.
- Acting as ESG consultant for project evaluation.
**Requirements**:
- A Masters’ degree in an ESG (Enviromental, Social and Governance) relevant discipline.
- 10+ years’ experience in ESG management.
- Excellent knowledge of environmental and social issues as they relate to CFM’s business.
- Good knowledge of setting up and implementing environmental and social management systems.
- Ability to build effective internal working relationships at all levels and across different teams and geographies.
- Technically proficient (Advanced) in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written for both Spanish & English language skills are essential.
- Capable of maintaining a high degree of effectiveness in a multi-tasking role, managing priorities and delivering to challenging timescales.
- Ability to inspire confidence and commitment.
- Strong motivational skills and ability to work relatively independently.
- Collaborative and team-oriented.
- Ability to set and meet deadlines.
