We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated **Quality Analyst AM **to join the team, that will be responsible for monitoring each of the accounts, establishing real-time visualization tools for both the operations department and clients, generating the necessary metrics for the accounts according to the needs, and producing reports on the status of the accounts every week.

**Your Functions, Duties, and Tasks as a Lean Tech Warrior**:

- Establish metrics by standardizing the KPIs of dedicated accounts.- Generate real-time control charts for each of the accounts.-
- Analyze the KPIs of each account and generate reports for the operations department.-
- Support action plans for accounts that do not meet established metrics standards.-
- Support the control of dedicated accounts by tracking standards and performance for each account.-
- Generate control measures for accounts, account managers, and dedicated account models.-
- Establish necessary connections with the Operations and Talent areas for metric visualization, generating holistic views of processes.- Support in standardizing processes within dedicated accounts.
