**Our team is looking for someone who has**
- 2+ years of experience working in marketing, communications, or PR roles
- Ability to bring solutions and make data-driven decisions
- Focus on monitoring and reporting performance
- Proven track record of project management and attention to detail
- Upper-intermediate English level
- Creative thinking and a goal-oriented mindset
- Positive and open-minded style of communication

**Will be a plus**
- Experience with Inbound marketing and brand advertisement
- Experience with CRM, Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
- Experience with budget planning and negotiations

**You will work with**
- Marketing team on planning and execution of employer branding activities for a global company
- Expanding AgileEngine brand presence and positive reputation in the talent market
- Providing relevant research to ensure the track of the latest trends and competitive moves
- Performance analysis of Inbound marketing channels and regular reporting of results
- Negotiations with external vendors and partners
- Collaboration with other teams to achieve project goals
