**- Deep dive into current and future business needs and design well thought-out plans to ensure both short and long-term improvements in team's objectives, productivity, and development. - Partner with leaders and line managers to provide guidance and solutions in day-to-day people matters and long-term organization plans in the following domains: recruitment planning, career planning, talent management, learning and development, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic development. - Ensure a high level of employee engagement through effective monitoring of the "pulse" of the employees, while incorporating our culture and values in all aspects of our work. - Manage complex HR initiatives at both hands-on and strategic levels to deliver best-in-class HR programs. - Managing the full spectrum of HR matters from on-boarding/off-boarding, workplace safety, monitoring employee's attendance record, performance, and disciplinary issues. - Ensure compliance to local employment regulations and company's policies. - Create and review Human Resources processes and align them with wider business processes within the appropriate legal framework. - Collaborate with other Human Resources team members on broader Human Resources projects across the company. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field with at least 10-12 years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment. - Postgraduate degree preferred. - Experience as a people leader and managing a remote workforce is a plus. - Experience in working for large technology companies is a plus. - Strategic thinking: Quickly evaluates situations, combines business judgment and people's intuition to reach well-founded decisions or recommendations. - Able to work at pace while maintaining appropriate attention to detail and standards. - Proactive and collaborative; performs with mínimal supervision. - Comfortable to work with ambiguity and empowerment, in a dynamic and agile environment that changes daily. - Confident communicator: fluent English is mandatory. - Strategic thinking: Quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business.
