- Who are you?
We expect you to have a background at bachelor’s or masters level within human resources, psychology, business economics or similar and to have a solid practical experience as HR generalist (learning & development, recruitment) or Business partner with minimum 5 years of HR experience in international companies.

Aspirant must have experience managing human resources processes in conjunction with the managers mainly in commercial companies. Have excellent interpersonal skills enable also to communicate clearly and concisely on all levels of an organization.

To succeed as HRBP you must have a hands-on approach and multitask abilities where needed to manage all human resources processes without a team
You have good language skills in both Spanish and English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the business challenges and based on that implement and follow up the People Strategy adding business value through HR and Leadership processes, projects, tools and change management in line with the Corporate HR Strategy
- As a member of the sales company Management team you will support and challenge on organizational, leadership and competence development.
- You monitor all HR processes to ensure that we optimize these in line with the business needs and our global People Strategy
- You implement Global HR policies & processes and secure compliance in all HR related
- This position is located in our offices in Bogota or Panamá and reports to the Sales Company Managing Director.
