**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates releases, ensuring their initiatives, quality and timelines are met
- Coordinates cross-departmental release management activities and deliverables
- Schedule and Facilitate daily/weekly/bi-weekly Scrum meetings/events
- Supports release execution by monitoring of each phase of the release
- Works with remote cross functional teams to align release schedule and sign off for each release
- Ensures observance of DoD (Definition of done)
- Monitors release progress by tracking activity; engaging related parties; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Constructs workflow charts and diagrams and documentation using Miro, Confluence, JIRA and other tools
- Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
- Performs periodic reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Release Coordinator/Release Manager, Scrum Master
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to lead projects where team members represent multiple levels within the organization
