**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing processes, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complex projects with multiple dependencies effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to challenges. Minimum 2+ years in delivery or operations management roles.
