The LATAM CSIS Fixed Assets & Accounting analyst is an individual contributor that manages the end to end processes related to CSIS Fixed Assets and accounting for the whole region of LATAM. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Control, coordinate, and register Fixed Assets movements and inventory (both physical and in accounting books), ensure proper capitalization, reconcile physical and accounting inventory, advice on asset categorization, substantiate accounting balances, coordinate asset renovation, upload journal entries, investigate, report and advice on accounting issues and initiatives. It also supports the timely and accurate accounting of CSIS transactions into the general ledgers. **Responsibilities**: - Ensure timely and correct recording of fixed assets in the general ledgers (useful life, location, category, etc) - Request and monitor fixed asset changes or updates, advice on the financial impact. - Support the fixed asset renovations, projects, etc - Support the creation, upload, and monitoring of accounting entries required by the area to reflect proper and timely accounting (accruals, reclassifications, etc) - Support Finance analysis and deliverables (for example variance analysis, financial reporting, attributes maintenance, etc) - Reconcile and support account balances (example, balance sheet substantiation Erecon attestations, Audits, etc) - Support fixed asset management (strategic management and also support for example registering and coordinating fixed assets movement in general ledger, advise on fixed asset policy, etc) - Provide guidance to the rest of CSIS in fixed assets and accounting matters - Provide BAU and adhoc reports, analysis and statements relating to accounting and fixed assets **Qualifications**: - 2-5 years relevant experience in Fixed Asset Management and Accounting - Undergraduate degree in Accounting - Knowledge of P2P fixed asset modules and Fullsuite systems (preferred) - Knowledge of security equipment (preferred) **Education**: - Bachelors degree in Accounting - English - Intermediate (preferred) This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
