**Important responsibilities in this role will include**:

- Understand Fixed Income sources and perform data exploration and validation. Understand the nuances and data conventions in the Chilean bond market.
- Gather relevant market data, including bond prices, yields, maturities, sectors and other static attributes of constituent bonds into a modelling database to conduct research.
- Document the data sources, assumptions and limitations identified.
- Estimating bond analytics doing analysis and turning insights into well-defined investment strategies.
- Developing Python reports with bond statistics.
- Contributing on discussions and analysis of spread risk factors in line with our client’s fixed income risk modelling framework.
- Discussion of the set of findings with model researchers and agreement on the effectiveness and limitations of data analyzed considering any imputation method or alternative to account for deficiencies.
- Report writing to present the feasibility of spread modeling based on the analyses and diagnoses.
- Participating in Evalueserve initiatives related to mind+machine projects, innovation, training, and development.

**Skills we’re looking for**:

- 2 to 5 of experience working with Fixed Income securities in the Chilean market.
- Strong focus on bond valuation, yield curve generation and analysis for investment decisions
- Desirable experience in Fixed Income Risk Models and knowledge of RiskAmerica’s platform.
- Experience with Excel and Python handling data and performing statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated SQL skills, with the ability to write medium complex queries and database knowledge to analyze data across multiple sources.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate to business partners of various seniority levels
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
