**Overall Description of Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Access**:
- Leading and executing the Market Access strategy according to the company's business processes, requirements from markets and LR.
- Collaborate closely with the Local Representative to develop and implement strategies to ensure maximum access to the markets of multiple therapeutic areas such as immuno-oncology, oncology, hematology, as well as in new areas (cardiology, dermatology etc)
- Engage with the global market access team to support the Local Representative in the implementation of the local market access projects
- Responsible to train the Local Representative teams on value dossier and messages in collaboration with the global team
- Lead the implementation of cross-functional MA projects
- Responsible to plan, organize and execute training sessions with Local Representatives, covering topics like disease space, treatment patterns, competitors, clinical value, value proposition and negotiation;
- Provide guidance, framework and advice to market teams for their local pricing and access negotiations and, on a need or ad hoc basis, directly participate in discussions or negotiations with local authorities/payors
- Support markets/country with their local budget impact analysis
- Responsible to develop, implement and monitor Patients Support Programs including patient education, lab tests service and bridge/copayment solutions
- Supervise the Patient Support Program manager and ensure effective deployment while covering all legal/compliance/regulatory/medical and other relevant aspects.
- ** Pricing**
- Lead the pricing strategy for new products of the company, including new channels
- Responsible for all pricing requirements (all products) from Local Representative markets
- Support markets/country Account Directors for business cases
- Lead, in collaboration with the Local Representative, the development, submission and approval of all product pricing cases, including the development of managed entry agreements (risk sharing, volume-based schemes)
- Be an expert in International Price Reference & exportation risk for Latam markets
- Analysis and monitoring of all changes in the regulatory and legal field on pricing and pharmacoeconomic decision-making
- Lead effective communication across LR LATAM team and WW Pricing team regarding pricing strategy execution -including risks and mitigation plans-, validate market level pricing assumptions, provide market level insights and its impact on pricing.
- Review & reconcile price waterfalls and price to ITM (in-the-market) sales.
- Achieve optimal pricing, profitability and volume (depending on the companies current strategic priorities and guidance from the General Manager LR CoE EU & Latam)
- ** Pricing Approval, Execution, Governance and Monitoring**
- Manage all pricing approval processes, including local lists price registration
- Support the Local Representative for registration and re-registration of the maximum selling price, as well as make changes to the maximum selling prices for BMS drugs included in the pricing lists, in accordance with the local regulations
- Support the Local Representative in preparation of dossiers for the inclusion of medicines in the reimbursement lists, hospital forms
- Support the Local Representative’s price negotiations with authorities (MOH, Payer) regarding reimbursement conditions
- Governance
- Run an accurate pricing governance with keeping relevant pricing system (APEX) up to date and timely communicate prices and price changes to internal (WW Pricing and Customer Service Department) and external stakeholders (business partners)
- Monitoring
- Reconciliation of price and pricing schemes based on actual performance. Tracking of YTD performance vs pricing schemes and updating assumptions for related Gross-to
