**What the day will look like**:

- Being responsible for financial operations of Technology and Platforms area within LATAM, ensuring compliance with global financial policies, ensuring regional directives are received by the countries, and providing strategic financial mentorship to regional leaders, all while reporting to the broader global finance team.
- Preparing regional financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring compliance with local, regional, and global needs and various initiatives.
- Owning the budgeting process for the region, analyzing variances against budget, and providing forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborating with regional CIO and COO to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and identify potential risks and opportunities.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics or related fields.
- Proven experience in similar role
- Office (Excel and Power Point) experience
- intermediate/advanced english
- Forecasting experience ideally
