Overview Finance Operational Excellence Lead role at Rappi in Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia. Responsibilities Map, document and optimize operational and financial processes, ensuring alignment with global policies. Analyze operational and financial data to identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities for automation. Measure and report results of implemented improvements (KPIs of efficiency, productivity, quality and compliance). Generate technical and functional documentation (PRDs, flowcharts, risk/process matrices, operational manuals). Collaborate with Finance teams to guarantee traceability and sustainability of processes. Participate in global initiatives of standardization and automation promoted by Operational Excellence. Qualifications Minimum 4 years experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Data Analytics. Experience in process automation or data analysis (Power BI, SQL, Python or similar tools). Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies. Experience working with finance or operations teams (CxP, CxC, Provisions, Reconciliations, etc.). Capacity to translate data into concrete actions and sustainable improvements. Excellent analytical skills, effective communication and problem‑solving mindset. Passion for dynamic and agile environments where challenges become optimization opportunities. Education Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields. Desirable Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification. Professional level English. Desirable Portuguese.
