**Summary & Role Information**:
For this role we are looking for passionate people with excellent technical and communication skills.
As a Business Processes Principal Consultant, you will analyze SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.

This role provides you opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments.

Consultant will provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases:

- In Explore and Realize phases, consultant will conduct interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to stick to SAP Best Practices.
- Propose recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in Deploy phase.
- Support customer to address issues reported during Run.
- Support business processes continuous improvement once customer is operating SAP S/4HANA.

To meet the challenging requirements, you must be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. You should also be creative, open minded and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.

**Experience (Role Requirements)**:
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 8 years of SAP Finance and/or other SAP Finance product experience is mandatory.
- SAP Finance in the core finance and controlling modules and other SAP Finance areas such as Treasury, Real Estate, BRIM, Consolidation, etc.
- Mandatory S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Desirable experience in system conversion projects (brownfield) from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
- ABAP optimization highly desirable.

**EDUCATION, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, C++).
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**
Spanish - Fluent in both spoken and written (mandatory)
English - Proficient in both spoken and written (mandatory)
Portuguese - desirable, not mandatory
