Finance Shared Service Specialist

The Finance Shared Service Specialist will be responsible for RTR operations, including account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, fixes assets management, Accruals (revenue, vendors and others) and journal entries posting, to guarantee compliance with regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and expertise within a multinational environment.

Main Responsibilities:

- Posted journal entries provided by Local finance.
- Run closing processes (accruals, revenue, FA, Intercompany) guarantee the correct balance on time
- Prepare balance sheets reconciliations and doing follow up to open items to guarantee the real number in the balance statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, create controls and implement best practices.
- Act as main contact with other finance teams including Local Finance, AP team and consolidation.
- Support financial audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Providing support to your direct lead to ensure the smooth running of all processes
- Participation in projects to improve process
- Supporting update of manuals and instruction documents for team - periodically and as needed
- Compiles and analyzes financial information to record transactions, prepare reports, and review and verify accuracy.
- Reporting to the RTR lead

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial software (Microsoft dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 5 or more years of experience in General Accounting and experience in SSC.

Language:

- Proficiency in English is required (Intermedium).
