**FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST**

Trans-Pro Logistics Inc (since 1989), a well-established third-party Transportation and Logistics provider, is specialized in all type of freight destined to and originating from Canada, the United States and Mexico.

From our company’s headquarters in Montreal and offices in Toronto, Calgary, Mexico, Colombia, and Ukraine, we provide five-star transportation solutions to our ever-growing portfolio of clients.

We are seeking a highly skilled, organized, and motivated **Administrative Support Specialist** with fluent English and Spanish to join our team in **Bogota, Colombia**. Position is available immediately.

As an Administrative Support Specialist. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative assistance to the Colombia Management.
- Manage the monthly payroll process for employees in Colombia.
- Handle payment to suppliers, and service providers on time.
- Maintain cash flow and treasury reports; support budget tracking and basic accounting.
- Coordinate with the Canadian finance team on reporting and compliance.
- Assist in preparing reports for audits, internal reviews, and financial summaries.
- Ensure data entry and maintenance of accounting records aligned with local regulations.
- Monitor and reconcile payment transactions.
- Proactively identify operational or financial issues and propose practical solutions.
- Support decision-making by analyzing small data sets or workflows when needed.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Familiarity with local payroll systems, tax regulations, and treasury tools in Colombia.
- Working hours: Flexibility is requested, 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Full-time position with an immediate start._
- Interviews will be conducted in English.
- An English CV is required.
