Reservations Specialist

**The company: We are a Property Management company with over 15 years of experience in tourism and hospitality. It was spent over a year deep searching about the flaws in the property management and rental market in Florida in order to create a great company.**

**Position: The purpose of Reservations/Customer Service Department is typically to interact with the customers in order to answer questions, establish credibility, and nurture relationships. Creating an emotional connection and expose our products and services in order to increase our sales volume. Our philosophy includes offering the best service and assistance possible to retain our customers for a long time.**

**This position will take care of the entire reservation process from inquiry until post stay.**

**The person will be responsible for**:
**- Input reservations into our system;**

**. Collect payment;**

**- Help the team with routines;**

**- Send and collect the appropriate documents for each reservation;**

**- Assist guests during the entire booking process;**

**. Report issues or complaints during guests’ stay and follow the whole process until it’s solved.**

**. Follow up with guests;**

**- Update system with new information;**

**- Inbound & Outbound calls;**

**. Remote job (work from home from anywhere)**

**Requirements**:
**- Computer, fast internet speed, typing skills required;**

**- Speak English and Portuguese (or **Spanish**) **fluently**;**

**- Leadership skills, courteous and professional language and behavior;**

**- Must be flexible with work schedule (work on Weekends and holidays);**

**Salary USD3.20 per hour, not 12500 COP (40 hours per week)**
**Fluent Portuguese - USD3.50 per hour**

**1 paid day off every 3 months and 5 paid vacation days** **after 1 year.**

**Payment biweekly via paypal.**

**Working hours based on Orlando,FL timezone.**
**Weekends and Holidays depending on Schedule**
