**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Advise and manage all aspects of clients' golf trips from initial request to its completion and post-sale. Provide support in all instances of your program using all the tools available to the agency and assist management in different projects and initiatives that seek to improve productivity, efficiency and customer service.

DUTIES:

- Develop proposals to clients: quotes, costing, reservations, experiences, accounting closings.
- Build relationships with golf clients.
- Stay on top of industry trends, suppliers, operations and experiences to always improve customer service.
- Coordinate inspection visits to hotels, suppliers and support the development of innovation in tourist experiences.
- Support marketing team in contribution to social networks and information
- Comply with the administrative processes of the operation: billing, payments, creation of suppliers, delivery of supports.
- Management of complaints, claims and situations that may arise in conjunction with the Land Operations Management
- Assist with other administrative tasks and support other departments as needed
