As a sportsbook manager for Latam, you will be passionate about sports, you will have experience working commercially with sports betting and you will be structured in the way you work. In this role you will be part of a team focused on creating the best Sportsbook customer experience in the industry in LATAM.

**YOU’RE GOOD AT**:

- Experience working in online gaming industry, specifically Sportsbook experience with a Regional scope.
- Experience in managing full campaign processes.
- Extensive understanding of Sportsbook products.
- Excellent analytical skills to be able to create actions based on analysis of campaigns and segments, also to be able to optimize campaigns and promotions based on analysis.
- Ambitious, highly driven person that is structured, and well organized.
- Aiming for high standard, capable to deliver quality service with pace.

**A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Responsible for promoting the offer of sports betting in the region.
- Take responsibility for end-to-end campaign planning and execution, from conceptualization, resource allocation, to analysis, reporting, optimization, and more.
- Follow and contribute to improving internal processes and strategies. Work with customer service teams to address improvement opportunities.
- Constantly evaluate campaigns with an optimization focus for improvement including bonus ownership and promotional budget.
- Own the extra spending budget and make sure campaigns help achieve overall goals.
- Work with local teams to offer a localized sports betting offer.
- Work with core business team to deliver competitive business strategy and establish procedures to identify abuse and arbitration.
- Analyze player behavior to deliver segments of value and ensure valuable customers are retained while abusers are identified
- Manage banners and content on the site.
- Contribute to sportsbook technology roadmap to represent regional requirements.
- Work closely with other product and operations teams to ensure consistent site experience and customer journeys, maximizing usability and accessibility across all devices.
