We’re looking for a motivated Junior Quality Assurance to join our team. A Junior QA reports to a QA Lead and works closely with QA lead, QA Subject Matter Experts, other QA members, project managers, designers, and developers to ensure that QA standards and client satisfaction are delivered. The main role of a Junior QA is to execute structure and well-defined tasks and provide execution of QA tasks with speed and great quality for the overall agility of the QA team.

**In this role you will**:

- Responsible to complete day-to-day assigned tasks in a timely and communicative manner following the established standards.
- Is Responsible He/She must work collaboratively with QA, development, and business groups to complete testing.
- Responsible for reporting bugs following QA standards.
- Responsible for keeping track of bugs and seeing they are correctly closed once they are fixed.
- Responsible for Continuously growing his/her knowledge of the project life cycle, QA or automation tools
- He/She must have a good understanding of the processes to be able to determine when to raise flags to always be a gatekeeper of QA.
- Should be able to work with other team members to ensure the success of projects.

**What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,**

**You should have**:

- English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation)
- 1+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- 1+ years experience in Agile Methodologies for software development
- 1+ years of experience working with local and offshore teams
- Extensive knowledge of Windows or OS software

**It’s a plus if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, project management, business, or related field.
- ISTQB Certification (other QA related certifications)
- Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence
