**Junior Translation Quality Assurance Specialist** (Entry level - Remote - Full-time).

The Language Doctors, a US-based linguistic company, has a full-time opening for a Quality Assurance Specialist who will be in charge of reviewing documents, guaranteeing their similarity to the original format, identify, document, and track mistakes on the documents, providing feedback and recommendations for improving the final product quality.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of the Source language.
- Reviewing documents.
- Ensure the project adheres to the original document’s content, formatting, and style.
- Guaranteeing the similarity of the document to the original format.
- Identifying, documenting and tracking mistakes on the documents.
- Providing feedback and recommendations.

**Education, Experience, & Skills Required**:

- At least 4 GB of RAM on a PC or laptop running Windows 10 or 11.
- You must have the Office 2019 package or later installed.
- Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Paint 3D, or some basic image editing program.
- You must have a good and stable internet service.
- Strong knowledge of linguistic principles, grammar, syntax, and style conventions.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify linguistic errors, inconsistencies, and potential issues in content.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and suggestions for linguistic improvements.
- Have advanced knowledge of the English language.
- Ability to work while meeting deadlines.

**Available schedule**:
Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm.
