We are looking for **an Application Developer** to support our clients in their digital transformation.

In Manizales, Colombia

As an **Application Developer**, you will join our team to design, develop and implement custom and innovative solutions adapted to our clients’ needs.
- You will also take part in the **implementation lifecycle**, including organizing and executing tests, managing technical deployments and providing post go-live support to ensure solution stability and performance.
- In addition, you will contribute to **knowledge sharing and capability building** by accompanying the transfer of knowledge, assisting in the training of users and administrators and documenting best practices and alternative solutions for future developments.
- You will actively participate in **pre-sales and advisory activities**, bringing your technical expertise to support decision-making, proposing comprehensive custom development solutions and contributing to offers.
- Finally, you will play a role in **innovation and continuous improvement**, building new business solutions adapted to client needs, contributing to the development of Arago tools and supporting the implementation of new products.

As part of your integration, you will benefit from training and certification to quickly integrate international projects.

Higher education in Computer Science, you have a solid IT background combined with Core HR knowledge.

**Technical competencies**
- You have knowledge of **Backend**, **Java 17+**, **APIs** and **SQL queries**.
- You have knowledge of **FrontEnd** as **VueJS, Jquery, React**.
- You have a good understanding of **CD/CI foundations**.
- You are comfortable with **coding, development, testing and support activities**.
- You have knowledge of **project management methodologies** and **customer relationship management**.
- You have a good level of **English**.
