**Job Summary**

The **Clains Analyst** will attend and manage the spare parts claims from dealers, establishing responsible and reporting to delegation authorities for approval and follow-up, as well as generate indicators and improvement opportunities for the process.

**Main Activities**:

- Ensure that claims requested by dealers are uploaded into the system for approval or rejection by the area manager.
- Inform the dealer of the status of claims.
- Report to the logistics operator the receipt and physical review of the approved material.
- Authorize in the system the issuance of credit notes.
- Control of claims by a consolidated record.
- Report shortages, surpluses and/or breakdowns to supply sources found at reception.
- Reporting of claims process indicators, KPI.
- Monthly, consolidate the news developments with the logistics and transport operator.
- Participate in the audit processes established by Ford Colombia for the control of the claims process.
