About the Job

Join our Customer Invoice to Cash (Ci2C) team as Ci2C Imaging & Customer Claims Support Analyst, Americas, a key role focused on delivering imaging support for the Customer Cash Deductions (Claims) process for CHC Americas. You will work closely with Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, Account to Report, Trade, Global Business Units, and Ci2C front-line teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in claims management while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver imaging support for US Customer Contact Management system (CCM) and Claims process per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage deduction support documents for claims management.
  • Collaborate with business partners and customers to provide Claims Analysts with information for cash deduction analysis.
  • Execute all activities in compliance with Sanofi policies and global Core Model.
  • Complete tasks according to operational KPIs and develop expert-level knowledge of processes in scope.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives to eliminate redundant activities.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management.
     
Qualifications/Requirements
  • High school degree required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Cash Application.
  • Strong analytical and deductive skills with good business acumen.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with accounting applications (SAP knowledge is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluency in English required.
  • Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Team player with collaborative mindset and customer focus.
