**What the day will look like**

Develop proposals for consulting services and tasks for each phase of the assigned organizational resilience and business continuity management projects, based on globally recognized methodologies and best practices. Timing and activities to be performed under the projects will be coordinated by the AON/SRR practice leader according to the service offering and timeline agreed with the client.
- Agilely review and understand information provided by the client for proposal development and project development.
- Coordinate and attend client meetings/interviews/workshops in a timely manner.
- Successfully execute activities defined within the business continuity project work schedule, as well as risk management, under the leadership of the corresponding practice leader.
- Design and develop the deliverables of the business continuity project, aligned to best practices and addressing the observations of the practice leader and the client (Diagnostics, Business Impact Analysis, risk assessment, strategies, plan development, training, testing and business continuity management system).
- Comply with the work schedule, deadlines and quality of deliverables.
- Carry out administrative tasks of the project, typical of the consulting area (follow-up, time recording, budget, invoicing).
- Develop bids for consulting services in risk management, business continuity management and organizational resilience, as well as.
- Project planning and management.
- Design of methodologies for the implementation of the continuity program such as: Risk Analysis, Business Impact Analysis, Testing, etc.
- Additional support in Crisis Management Plans, Emergency Response, IT / OT Disaster Recovery and Incident Management Plan is desirable.
- Development of management processes.
- Coordination of BCP / DRP / CM Testing.
- Develop and coordinate Trainings on related practices.
- Provide guidance for any situation that arises to win the opportunities and make a flawless closure of the projects.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience: 8 years of demonstrable, functional (Methodologies) and industry experience in business continuity management, crisis management, organizational resilience and project management (preferably in different economic sectors).
- Technical Knowledge: Professional graduate in industrial engineering, systems or electronic engineering, business administration, economics or related. At least one certification in Business Continuity Management and/or Organizational Resilience as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) of the Disaster Recovery Institute -DRI-, Member (MBCI), of the Business Continuity Institute -BCI-, Certified Organizational Resilience Manager (CORM) of The International Consortium For Organizational Resilience -ICOR-, ISO 22301:2019 Lead Implementer, ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor. Desirable PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute -PMI-.
- Languages: Spanish/English (High Intermediate).
- Technological tools: Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (including Project). Power BI is desirable.
- Willingness to travel or be assigned to projects outside Colombia.
- Highly organized to handle simultaneous tasks or projects successfully even under time pressure.
