**What the typical day will look like**
Lead the growth and development strategy of corporate businesses of the Property line, by managing the placement of new businesses and renewals focused on the Private Sector, including matters related to the coverage of associated Political Risks to achieve compliance with the established budget.
Essential Functions:
o Identification of new business opportunities in the corporate sector (commercial, industrial and services).
o Perform market reservation and prepare all technical information for subscribers, including reinsurance contract documentation for small, medium and large accounts.
o Comprehensively manage placements and negotiations of terms and conditions with reinsurers.
o Accompaniment at Road Show
o Achieve the renewal of the current portfolio.
o Manage new business opportunities.
o Preparation of deliverables established within the placement process, such as spreadsheets for determining income, placement slip and Coverage Notes, etc.).
o Management of all existing portfolio movements including portfolio requirements and operations.
Compliance with the plan and financial goals in charge of the line and other established indicators.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Experience: In an insurance or reinsurance broker or in an Insurance Company in the underwriting or claims area. Minimum 8 years in the sector
o Technical Knowledge: In Insurance, Reinsurance and in general general insurance lines.
o Studies and/or specialties: Undergraduate degree in administrative, accounting, engineering or law areas.
o Languages: upper-intermediate level English
o Technological Tools: Use of Excel, Word and Power Point and in general Offices.
