**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
**Join our community.**
As a Third-Party Supplier Assurance & Action Plan Co-Ordinator, it will be your responsibility to co-ordinator the scheduling and logistics of third-party supplier control assessments performed either in-house or by co-source partners. You will also be responsible for logging mitigating action plans following from third-party supplier control assessments and those arising from other risk drivers.
A large part of the role will be to review, track and monitor actions through to closure and will liaise and challenge Service Managers and other stakeholders where required to report on action plan status, producing required information to the relevant Forums.
**The difference you’ll make.**:
- Co-ordinating the scheduling, tracking and logistics related to third party control assessments performed.
- Working collaboratively with Third-Party Assurance Managers, Business Units, suppliers, and co-source partner to arrange third-party supplier control assessments.
- Appling judgement to assess the mitigation action plans from third-party supplier control assessments and those arising from other risk drivers
- Reviewing reports and outputs as part of the Third-Party Supplier Assessment Framework.
- Tracking actions through to closure, reviewing and challenging Service Managers or other stakeholders
- Providing complete, accurate, and timely MI and reporting on the status of mitigation actions.
**What you’ll bring.**:
- Ability to demonstrate previous risk management experience is essential to this role.
- Previous experience in Stakeholder management, with confidence to build and maintain with all level stakeholders and challenge where necessary.
**It would also be nice for you to have.**:
- A project management background would be useful but not essential.
- Pro-active approach, with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to problem solve, plan, and deliver key requirements.
**What else you need to know.**
This role is currently home based until corona virus restrictions are lifted.
Once phased back to the office, you will be required to split between home and our offices in Milton Keynes however, we are flexible on days worked in the office and other locations outside of Milton Keynes, will also be considered.
This is a permanent position.
