**Role Responsibilities**
As our Service Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
- **Managing scheduling** to keep our service teams on time and organized.
- **Communicating with customers** to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns.
- **Resolving scheduling conflicts** and ensuring the service team operates efficiently.
- **Maintaining organized records** of service calls, invoices, and payments.
