Overview
The Global B2B Marketing Operations Platforms team is responsible for evolving, maintaining, and enhancing the quality of our customer and sales enablement content platforms. These platforms empower B2B marketers to deliver content at scale across various business units and regions, measure impact, and maximize sales effectiveness.

Our team consists of highly skilled professionals who are creative, collaborative, and accountable. We work very closely with regional and global stakeholders across Mastercard, including the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Technology organizations, as well as third-party vendors.

We are seeking a Senior Specialist to elevate our sales enablement platforms through advanced technology and operational excellence. If you are a technical marketer with strong skills in process, project, and platform management, and have a talent for content architecture and publishing within content management systems, we want you on our team

Role
- Support the scaling of content platforms to align with new business and capabilities strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver successfully
- Manage and publish content in CrafterCMS, ensuring timely completion of tasks according to agreed-upon turnaround times
- Oversee overall content governance and management
- Partner with the team on process improvements
- Measure and analyze sales materials performance, effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and assist in the development of performance dashboards

All About You
- A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in marketing, business, communication, or a related field
- Over 4 years of experience in marketing technology
- Hands-on experience with content management systems, including managing sales enablement libraries or general assets
- Proficiency in understanding and maintaining metadata/taxonomy schemes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Resourcefulness in gathering key information
- Experience in large-scale and cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to take ownership of a project and manage it successfully from initiation through execution
- Proficiency in the following is a plus:

- CrafterCMS
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Salesforce
- Seismic
- HTML
- Adobe Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A sense of urgency and customer service focus
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
