**What you will be doing at Evalueserve**

  • Ensuring the successful completion of data infrastructure projects on-time, within budget, and error-free.
  • Managing the planning and execution of project team members. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project plan and budget.
  • Developing project schedule, costs, and managing document control.
  • Using professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately.
  • Managing change and take active leadership in timely decision making.
  • Managing schedules that reflect detailed information related to the changes, including effected components and functions, timelines for various stages of project completion, cost, etc.
  • Communicating directly with senior stakeholders on projects and show innovation and problem-solving skills in all elements of work.
  • Implementing data solutions in the cloud or hybrid environments.

**What we're looking for**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
  • 5+ years of direct project management experience working with infrastructure teams in an agile environment.
  • Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling, and planning projects and successful completion.
  • Strong project management skills, team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask effectively, strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Advanced skillsets in project management tools (MS Planner, Azure Dev/Ops)
  • Previous agile training, preferably PMP certified or Scrum Master certified.
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Plarform or Amazon Web Serviceas.
  • Knowledge of Database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, Mysql, DB2, etc).
  • Preferably has been exposed to IT Service Management (ITSM) & Root cause analysis (RCA) processes.
