**Main Responsibilities and Deliverables Strengthen relationships**:

- Manages the implementation of NICE’s portfolio of solutions in conjunction with NICE customers and NICE internal teams
- Work with the Sales Team and the customer in understanding the business need of the solution being implemented
- Assemble, coordinate, and lead the NICE’s internal deployment team
- Develop, manage, and maintain the detailed project schedule throughout the project life-cycle assuming complete ownership of all aspects of the solution delivery
- Execution of the NICE Communication plan including, but not limited to, project health status, regular project meetings, and financial reporting throughout the project Life-cycle
- Identification and action planning of project risk
- Manage and maintain customer intimacy and satisfaction throughout the project life-cycle
- Manage and maintain NICE’s internal professional services administration tool ensuring project solution information, resource scheduling, and financial forecasting are accurate and up-to-date throughout the project life-cycle
- Manage project profitability through identification of areas of risk and proactive management or mitigation of the risks to maintain profitability

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 Years of current proven experience as a PM leading teams and manage people in a matrix environment.
- Proven Ability to manage complex and dynamic projects for external customers.
- Proven Ability to manage large and simultaneity projects.
- Proven experience managing IT, Telephony, Software projects.
- Proven Ability to form strong customer relationships.
- Proven Ability to span business and technical issues.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability and willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment.
- Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment.
- Strong business acumen and orientation.
- Revenue forecast management.
- Budget management.
- PMP Certification desirable
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in systems engineering and related fields.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
