HR-ADM Analyst at BairesDev

We are looking for an HR-ADM Analyst to join our Human Resources Admin team. You will be responsible for all sorts of administrative procedures related to Human Resources while keeping good communication and quality of service towards new and current employees. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry

What You Will Do:

- Validate all the news of the month (licenses, vacations, salary increases, etc.).
- Document, analyze, and suggest improvements to all area processes.
- Interact with external entities/suppliers.
- Prepare reports required by management or other control areas.
- Assist different audiences in labor matters.
- Assist the Administration (Payroll processes, contracts, offers, and onboarding).
- Provide onsite inductions of new entrants, when applicable.
- Collaborate in the high and low processes of our employees.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience with HR-ADM tasks: Payroll, Contracts, Employee Forms, Onboarding, Offers, or Communications.
- Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Previous work experience with service/IT companies is a plus.
- Advanced English level.
